PATTERSON LAW BRILLIANT!!! I thought I would state that right at the beginning of this review. I was falsely accused of using a mobile phone while driving, the phone was actually in a cradle attached to the fixed window on the door and l was not even using it.The police followed me and then pulled me over and said they were reporting me for mobile phone use l begged them to check my phone position and even the call or text records but they were not interested. l was distraught to say the least and also shocked that they would accuse me of something that did not happen. l felt helpless. But luckily l came across Patterson Law while looking for help online they were courteous and professional from the start and l actually felt there was hope straight away. Ryan Butler(LEGEND) was the person assigned to my case and he also put my mind at ease straight away saying that he would contact the Met police on my behalf stating my side of the story of the incident and wording everything correctly and professionally. I was about to plead guilty to a motoring offence and I decided to employ a solicitor to look into my case and make sure everything was above board. Patterson Law scrutinised the paperwork submitted, finding inaccuracies and a potential breach of case law in the processes the police used. The cost of the solicitor was inconsequential compared to the benefit of gaining peace of mind, knowing I’d done everything possible to defend myself and leaving it in the hands of professionals. I was recently accused of using a mobile phone while driving and decided to use Patterson law to represent me as I was innocent. I was initially given some quality free advice by the firms solicitor who clarified all my queries and I took this on board. I was put through to Jason Rosser who handled my case professionally and efficiently. Finally after my case was well prepared I was found not guilty in the magistrates court and saved myself a significant fine and 6 points on my licence. Highly recommended firm who are clearly experts in the field.

Thank you Patterson Law for great result! I was stopped by Police while driving a lorry in January 2019. The officer accused me of using a hand held mobile phone while driving. He did not believe when I tried to explain him that it was a vitamin bottle he had seen in my hand and not a mobile phone. Phone log showed no activity whatsoever but he did not retract of the accusation. I refused a fine and penalty points and hired Patterson Law to fight for the truth. Mr Jason Rosser, my Case Progression Officer was very knowledgeable, helpful and available when I needed him. After 8 months battle the Crown Prosecution Service has agreed with his representations and dropped the case because there was no evidence to prove me guilty. Now Patterson Law are helping me to receive a good portion of my defendants costs back.
