I was referred to Patterson Law by a work colleague. I was facing disqualification when I was caught speeding 46m/h in a 40m zone. One call to Patterson Law and the team assured me of their help. Having agreed to take on their help I was placed with a case handler who spent the following day or two getting to know me and preparing a case that was later used by the barrister to plead my care to the magistrate. Patterson Law have barristers that have over 80% success rate. The hearing lasted less that an hour and I received 3 points but most important, no driving ban.

I was driving my work car when the police pulled me in, they said I had no insurance! Very concerned about this I contacted the team at Patterson law, they took on the case and today I received the no further action letter. I highly recommend Patterson Law for any driving issues at all, even if you think you have no chance.

Contacted Patterson Law following a Police stop whilst unknowingly driving without insurance. (Viewed and bought a car believing the owner had it insured, stopped by Police after only a few miles, car seized and fixed penalty for no insurance. Turns out the owners partner had transferred it to another car without telling him) Discussed options with Patterson, likelihood of success and impact of failure. Rejected the fixed penalty notice and proceeded with "special reasons" to avoid IN10 conviction. Great support from Patterson Law over several months whist trying to deal with magistrates court. Unfortunately the magistrates court went ahead without informing me or the solicitors and IN10 was issued with 6 points and a fine. Patterson Law supported in the next steps to take to County court and advised/ assigned a barrister who I met 30 mins before the hearing. We discussed the case and he had a clear understanding of the special reasons. Well presented to the Judge and I was given opportunity to stand and give evidence. Positive outcome with all points removed. Particularly good support from my case progression officer, Ian. I was kept informed in a timely manner and feel the advice given was appropriate for my particular case. I would use them again without hesitation.

I have contacted Patterson Law regarding a road offence of my wife for driving without third party insurance. We have two cars on which I am main insured driver and my wife is added as a driver only on one of the cars. However I have told her that I will add her on the second vehicle insurance, thing which I totally forget to do. One day she was stopped by the police driving the car without knowing she was not insured. She received £300 fine and 6 points. She has the license for less than 2 years, which means that her licence would be revoked. The moment I have contacted Patterson Law they told me that they will do everything they can to help us. With the great advice and help of Patterson Law team and our case officer Mr. Ian Bond, the penalty was cancelled with no penalty at all in a short amount time, with no need to go to the court.
