I recently found myself in a tough spot after being caught by a police officer driving on a provisional license. This could have led to a serious offense with potential disqualification, which was incredibly stressful. Thankfully, Patterson Law Firm stepped in to handle my case with professionalism and expertise. Thanks to their skilled representation, what could have been a much harsher penalty was reduced to just 3 points on my driving license and a fine of less than £250. I was referred to Patterson Law by a work colleague. I was facing disqualification when I was caught speeding 46m/h in a 40m zone. One call to Patterson Law and the team assured me of their help. Having agreed to take on their help I was placed with a case handler who spent the following day or two getting to know me and preparing a case that was later used by the barrister to plead my care to the magistrate. Patterson Law have barristers that have over 80% success rate. The hearing lasted less that an hour and I received 3 points but most important, no driving ban.

I contacted Patterson law for advise on a road traffic incident i had and i was really pleaed with the amount of advise and support they provided - all freely on consultation. I had one of their solicitors contacting me on phone to explain in detail the chances on the case and providng very precise advise both on phone and afterwards in detailed email. I'm hoping all goes well for now and future but if i ever need any legal support in future, they will be first on my list to contact.

I received a 6 month totting up disqualification ban at magistrates court after naively representing myself, then appealed and was given a crown court date. From then I reached out to Patterson law and let them take over. Special thanks to Jon Guscott who told me everything we needed and got everything prepared for the day and swiftly answered any questions I had. I was then assigned Marcus Kraehling Smith on the day and he made me feel at ease from the beginning and managed to argue my exceptional hardship defence and get the disqualification over turned! Patterson law were brilliant can't fault them at all looked after me and did what they said they would aim to do and some brilliant team would recommend them 100%.
I spoke to Patterson Law in a bit of a panic around receiving 2 speeding offences within 12 minutes of each other. Their advice was calm and considered and they handled the matter professionally. Communication was great and they matter handled swiftly. Highly recommended.
0⭐ VERY Poor experience with the case handler Jason he was unprepared just like his barrister who had misled the judge the contact was very poor not providing any alternative barrister upon request also couldn't be bothered to allow me to receive transcripts prior to trial date ignored me when I sent emails they won't try to contact you as promised I am still banned even though the outcome was my time was served this probably is partly to do with non existent contact to the courts or even clarifying the outcome afterwards I have paid thousands was offered three hundred pound compensation which is clearly an unacceptable amount for not providing me with the service they should of I was then refered to legal ombudsman please AVOID unless you want to waste time and money with this firms lack of commitment to your case. Try the legal 500 UK bar for someone better.

Excellent solicitors, i was facing a 6 month ban for speeding on my motorcycle. Pattersons excellent defence in court got this reduced to a 30day ban with my license cleared of points at the end. Superb service i highly recommend them.
