We had excellent service from MJP Law via Alia Allen in the application for Grant of Probate following my Father-in-Laws death. Alia was very considerate and looked after my Mother-in-Law very well. The timelines for the process were explained to us very clearly and we were given appropriate advice for our next steps. All in all, a professional service at a difficult time.

We were told by the mortgage adviser that of we want a quick solicitor we should choose MJP law , we had Lucy Norris which was brilliant and super quick , unfortunately for us the solicitors pf the seller spend ages to obtain the grant of probate, in spite of the fact that after the 1st few weeks Lucy was ready and was asking them for the grant of probation in order to exchange the contracts , even so it took them like 7 months to obtain it. From Lucy’s side she was super fast but from the seller’s solicitors side the were very slow. 5*****+ for Lucy Norris 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I instructed MJP law to obtain probate for an estate for which I was the executor and then to deal with the sale of a property relating to the estate. My experience of MJP Law throughout has been positive and would have no concern at using them again.
