    I would NOT recommend Rawlins Davey Solicitors, I used them for the purchase of the Freehold on a block of Flats. Alex Crabbe failed to due his due diligence and issue a LPE1 but has refused to admit that he did or offer any compensation when we were faced with a deficit on the account following completion. Very sloppy work and would avoid using him/them.

    I am the owner of five Guest houses that I have purchased/sold in BH1 over the last fifteen years and have sort advice on a variety of issues from Daniel Stanton ranging form Hotel conveyancing, Commercial lease agreements, Planning advice, HMO licensing and Commercial Loans. I have found the legal advice Daniel offered on a whole range of hotel issues excellent and would recommend him without hesitation. His knowledge of not only the law but also the hospitality business in general provides a unique service that I really could not have done without. I also so used Daniels colleague Alex Crabbe for drafting a tenancy agreement template on a block of flats. This service was excellent and would again recommend him for this type of work.
