John was excellent. Taking care to understand and explore our (many!) questions, probing to be sure we were right and sensitive on issues which needed it. A model of patience. But not without the pleasantries that made it more than just a business transaction. (He has also been helpful previously in certifying our daughters degree certificates for a different purpose). We would recommend him.

She also recently drafted wills and Powers of Attorney for my husband and me. Sarah is always incredibly patient, efficient, and knowledgeable. Writing a will is an emotional and complicated process, but Sarah made us feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain every choice and answered our many questions with great care. A wonderful experience had following my visits to your Bexhill office where I was greeted by the lovely Di on reception and shown into the meeting room where the very charming Ananda guided me through the legalities and options of making my will. Yuen Ling Chan from Heringtons Solicitors was the first to reply to our request for help with the conveyancing of a probate sale in Bexhill. We were impressed from the outset at her professional approach which has continued throughout the house selling process. Jane was a delight to deal with, easy to communicate with and got us over the line in our sale and purchase. She diligently chased those who needed chasing and gave straight forward advice. Always use a proper High Street solicitor who is easily contactable and easy to communicate with. We have had poor experiences of our previous vendor using an online " cheap" conveyancer who in the end lost their client the sale due to being incommunicado for several weeks.
