Selling and buying, Jodanna was very good and professional. We had lots of issue with both the selling and buying but Jodanna dealt with everything well and efficiently. This isn’t the first time we have used Herringtons and it won’t be the last.

We were lucky to be recommended Heringtons to deal with the sale of our bungalow and purchase of our flat. The flat came under the new legislation etc following the Grenfell Tower tragedy and requires more specialist investigations, and Yuen took this on. We were always kept informed of the progress of the situation and often copied in on emails, so usually knew exactly what information it was that was outstanding. We expressed concerns ourselves, especially with the flat purchase, and Heringtons acted on those and sought answers from the relevant sources. We felt at all times that they were acting in OUR interests. They always acted in a professional manner, especially with other parties. We always found them approachable and willing to listen. If we needed a solicitor in the future, we would hope to be able to use Heringtons again.

I worked with Yuen Ling Chan on two separate occasions while trying to purchase a flat, and as a first-time buyer, the process felt long and often confusing. Tia Harrison at Heringtons Solicitors helped me resolve a deeply personal and longstanding family law issue involving paternity after a third party unexpectedly instructed a solicitor. I hadn’t planned to involve solicitors myself, and I felt completely unprepared when the situation was suddenly formalised. Tia handled everything with sensitivity and clarity while immediately understanding both what I wanted to achieve and what I didn’t. She explained my legal position in a way I simply hadn’t understood before, and then guided me through each step in the process to bring the matter to a resolution that I had genuinely feared might never come.
