At a sad time the solicitor was empathetic and clear, easing my anxieties and giving me confidence that probate would be a very straightforward process. Heather was able to explain the role of the executor and gave me reassurance to consider decisions re my late mother's estate. She was always very prompt and helpful in her communications.
