We recently used Fisher Jones Greenwood for the second time for our sale and purchase of properties. In what proved to be a turbulent experience with our buyers and sellers Evie and the team at Fisher Jones made sure that we were represented with our best interests at heart and seemed to really care about helping with all the irregularities that can crop up during the process. We cannot recommend them enough and should we decide to move in future they will be our first port of call.

From the moment I walked into the office at Clacton I was dealt with in a very professional manner.
My initial meeting with Ties, was a free 30min consultation. The help and advice I received at this time was very professional, it was for this reason that I went ahead and instructed Ties to act on my behalf and deal with my case.
I could not have instructed a more understanding professional Lawyer. Both Ties and his team were there with me every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no question ever went unanswered. E-Mails and correspondence was always dealt with in a very professional and timely manner. Even at times when I got quite frustrated with the system, Ties or a member of his team were always there to put my mind at ease and be a good listening ear.
The final outcome was more than I expected, I feel this was due to the expertise and dedication that Ties gives to his clients.
From initial meeting to final settlement I would not hesitate to recommend both Ties and Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP services to any one. Hopefully I will not need their services again, but should I, they will be my first port of call.

Had amazing service from Liza Jary, she went above and beyond to get sale completed in record time. She is very responsive, always promptly respond to both telephone call and email and come backs quickly for any query. She is very meticulous and has thorough understanding of all the legal aspect of house sale. I will highly recommend her for any conveyancing.
