I would not reccomend Palmers law to anyone in fact i would instruct peoplw to avoid them. My family hired palmers law to oversee the probate estate of a family member in london. We live in Ireland and trusted palmers law to carry out all the necessary legal reqirements associated with this case. They showed tremendous levels of incompentance throughout our exhaustive dealings with them. Continually changing solicitor dealing with our case and ignoring phone calls and letters from us enquiring if they were actually working on the case. Eventually they blundered their way to the end of the process and got everything finished and issued a letter of completion along with their bill. Time passed by then out of nowhere we recieved a letter from palmers basically telling us they had made another large blunder and there was an outstanding bill to pay to HMRC which they fogot about. This caused much anguish to family members involved as we were led to believe that all was done. The final straw was when they issued a demanding letter to the family the day preceeding my elderly mother's death. Totally discouraged by my experience with unprofessional Palmers law.

Terrible Law Firm, been dealing with our simple case for months and months. No communication, never contacts us unless prompted and complained against. Case handlers leave without informing you, cases don't get handed over. Avoid this firm for probate and will execution, at all costs. (which I am sure will be sizable once they send us the bill, for their terrible service)

Sabreena has done an excellent professional job obtaining probate and advising on my late fatherās estate. She was first-class from the very beginning, showing compassion for our loss, giving clear, concise and transparent advice throughout and was diligent in collecting funds and distributing to beneficiaries. Nothing was too much trouble and queries were dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner. šØšØā¼ļøOverpromise and underdeliver springs to mind. Palmers got their own Trust Deed wrong, initially stood by the incorrect figures when challenged, and only corrected them after further pushback. I am referring to important and sensitive info. It also seems their departments donāt communicate with each other, leaving clients to pick up the pieces. To top it off, the complaint took longer than promised and was ultimately dismissed despite Palmers admitting theyād introduced a new procedure to prevent similar issues (?!) whilst not upholding that there was a service issue?! .Extremely poor service from start to finish which is a shame as Palmers were once a reliable firm, it's no a shame that the firms reliable conveyancing solictors are no longer. Amy T and Katharyn O'Brien's handling of the matter is inadequate.

Have just used Palmers for my recent house move and had both James and Erin working on my case, both were easily reachable and informative on how we were progressing. We didn't give them an easy timeframe to work with due to unforseen circumstances but they really put the work in when it mattered and got us completed on time. Honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough.
