Gemma Hynes attended Barking Police Station on 4 August 2026, as I was in custody. Besides having fantastic legal professionalism (she completely understood the complex charge against myself), yet her secret 'weapon' was her smile and relaxed manner. She talked me through how the interview would go & exactly how to respond. The outcome was perfect as the fabricated allegation were not upheld. The Police took no further action. I cannot thank her and Sternberg enough.

I was unfortunate enough to have a false allegation of a very serious criminal charge brought against me recently. A friend directed me to sternberg reed who appointed Richard Cooper as my solicitor. He, along with the folks in their office, could not have been more attentive with me and my case. They turned what I thought would be a complicated nightmare into a fairly straight forward process. All communication from them was clear and concise, and gave me some form of comfort during a very stressful time of my life. They gave me time and cared about me as an individual, made sure I was properly prepared for my trial, appointed me an excellent barrister to represent me in crown court, and ultimately, made sure justice was done as their experience and professionalism helped me to be found not guilty by a jury on all counts.
