Right from the start of my arrest to the conclusion at Chelmsford magistrate court, Harris Cuffaro & Nichols looked after me, with good advice during the police interview, keeping me updated whilst on bail, and Robert Batchelor was fantastic in court fighting my corner, I was very pleased with the outcome as it could have been a lot worse. This firm is absolutely professional, they really do work hard for you, I can not thank them enough.

When I was 17 I was put on remand, using (NOT!!!!HCN). solicitors handed to me bye the police themselves being lead to believe prison was my only outcome. However after 5months on remand we met Darren and Stuart from HCN, they busted the case right open every single detail of this catalogue of documents they crushed it ! From then on I’ve appeared in court I’d say around 20 times and I’ve never not used these guys! 10 years and many court appearances later I still have my freedom and 110% faith in the whole team I’ve recommended them to multiple friends who also only have good things to say. All of which still use HCN today. Id confidently go as far as saying they are the best in Essex! Every single member of the team I have worked with has given their absolute all. I can say for sure that every single time I enter a court room with HCN behind me I feel confident and comfortable knowing the team will give there all and have my back through the entire process and after! Robert Batchelor was absolutely amazing. Managed to get 2 of the 3 charges dropped before the hearing even took place. I went to court fearing a disqualification but ended up with points thus allowing me to continue driving. I couldn't thank Robert enough for his amazing professionalism, courtesy and knowledge. Exceptional service throughout our move!
