I could not fault Leila’s dedication and commitment to myself and my partners home purchase earlier this year. We had a particularly rocky case as dealt with multiple properties falling through, however, Leila was completely dedicated and reassuring throughout. I would have found this experience so much harder and more stressful without her ongoing support and professionalism. She is a credit to the HCN Law team.

Wendy Burgess at Harris Cuffaro and Nichols handled both my property sale and purchase, and I couldn’t have asked for better support throughout what was a long and sometimes stressful process. The whole matter took over nine months, but Wendy was always patient, thorough, and extremely clear in explaining anything I didn’t fully understand. Towards the end, when things became a bit frantic, she kept everything moving smoothly and gave me real confidence that everything was under control. She also helped us work through our expiring mortgage offer by advising us to exchange and complete on the same day, which sounded very stressful at first but was made easy thanks to her guidance and constant updates throughout the day with very little need for chasing. Wendy was recommended to me originally, and after working with her I would have no hesitation in recommending her to others. She was excellent throughout, very thorough, and helped secure a number of indemnity policies to protect us against any future claims.

This is the second time ive used Harris Cuffaro whilst selling my properties, Emma Marchant helped us on both occasions and honestly i would 100% reccomend her, Emma is so efficient and never ever did we ever need to ask for an update. When I was 17 I was put on remand, using (NOT!!!!HCN). solicitors handed to me bye the police themselves being lead to believe prison was my only outcome. However after 5months on remand we met Darren and Stuart from HCN, they busted the case right open every single detail of this catalogue of documents they crushed it ! From then on I’ve appeared in court I’d say around 20 times and I’ve never not used these guys! 10 years and many court appearances later I still have my freedom and 110% faith in the whole team I’ve recommended them to multiple friends who also only have good things to say. I used HC&N for the conveyancing on my recent sale and purchase. This is my third purchase in six years (with two others that didn’t go through) so I’ve worked with a couple of different solicitors in the Herts & Essex area, as a purchaser and a buyer, and I can confidently say my experience with HC&N was miles ahead of competitors.
