    Settlement Agreement - Great experience

    Jeremy was very generous and kind with his time and his due diligence was very insightful. Jeremy was my first formal experience dealing with a solicitor. Despite him not knowing this, his grounded nature helped me navigate the complexities of negotiation keeping my expectations in check. He was very generous with his offerings putting the client ahead of expense. Additionally, Amrit provided great assistance with ad hoc requests. Would highly recommend Jeremy to anyone going through settlement agreement struggles.

      I am writing a review from hummings, we recently tried to use this solicitor for our lease in our new restaurant. To say they scammed us is an understatement, they charged £1000 deposit, did no work as the lease was on hold due to the landlord having major family issues (very serious ones) and they decided to close our query, they kept the deposit and did not tell us that they were going to keep it. Scammers

      We tried to use Owen White Catlin as a neighbouring business to get our lease processed. We were not just left disappointed; I am now seeking a full refund for work that was never actually done. They took a deposit and then closed the job before doing any work. They are scammers. It's a shame, as you'd expect more from Esher. DO NOT USE

      I thought I would use a nice local solicitor as I have a new lease to sign just down the road, transferred £1000 deposit and then waited for landlord paperwork and due to personal issues etc with my landlords family I have experienced a delay, which given the circumstances is something I expected grace with. I kept emailing to say there’s a delay and instead they decided to close my case and keep my money with no warning to tell me that I had a time limit. I have since emailed them 2/3 times and have heard nothing. They are withholding the money I am owed, seriously disappointed considering no work was done. It’s an obvious lack of professionalism especially from a neighbour business
