I approached OWC for legal advice concerning a landlord/tenant dispute (I am the landlord). Mr Soper, a specialist in this area, responded immediately. My meeting with him, which was speedily arranged, was extremely reassuring. He had a thorough understanding of the problem, gave me easily understood advice during the course of legal negotiations, was very supportive and then dealt with the issue (and the other party involved) speedily and effectively.
