      Information from the company was informative from start to finish. They were able to finalise a settlement with the third party before needing to appear in court as a witness.

      Idiot not admitting liability

      Can’t fault agent in any way. Case was instigated by my insurance company as a third party had run into the back of my vehicle. Probably accidental in that either handbrake failed or wasn’t engaged correctly. I had quite a few emails and telephone conversations all positive and informative. The third party was taking the claim to court as they stated they and their vehicle were not present at the scene on that day and it was up to me to prove otherwise. Quite true third party wasn’t there but photographs show otherwise regarding their vehicle. Initially I thought it was hit and run as no one in the vehicle. Any way they’ve admitted liability now and my insurers have got the money owed to them. Can’t recommend Gabija.Matiukaite highly enough for her support through this process.
