Everything went smoothly an explained really well. All documentation was sent in a timely manner and if there were anything I needed they were at the end of a telephone for advice. I was really happy with all the EMG team and will definitely use them again in the future.

Disgraceful behaviour by this firm - No communication, lack of empathy, the reason conveyancing transactions drag on and on and on. All parties communicating effectively in a chain of 5 transactions but this firm has put the complete chain at risk of collapse purely through lack of communication for weeks
