I honestly cannot thank Sam Smith enough for everything she has done for my brother. From start to finish, she has been absolutely amazing, professional, supportive and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. Writing on behalf of my partner , he rang to tell his solicitor he had court and that he needs someone to be there for him , however turns out there isn’t anyone as no one even picked it up knowing they had two weeks to make sure someone was available however my partner phones on the day of his court to see if he’s got someone and the attitude he gets is *get a on duty solicitor in court* sorry but that’s disgusting for a legal experts to say that , they don’t answer emails and they are no reliable.. let’s hope the outcome of my partner is fine considering there no one to help him in court I wouldn’t recommend these
