I came to the UK on a dependent visa. I applied for the care work visa before the 11 March deadline to be able to bring my children as my dependents. Unfortunately I submitted the wrong English exam during my application and was asked by ukvi to submit the correct English exam within 5 working days. TMC wrote a letter to UKVI for 15 days extension which was granted. Unfortunately I failed the English exam. TMC further wrote to UKVI requesting for another 20 days extension which was granted ( I was not billed extra for this which was really surprising to me). I was able to pass my B1 exam this time and got the care work visa from ukvi. Specially grateful to Rahma who drafted the letters, engaged with ukvi on my behalf and kept me updated throughout the entire process.

“ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE LAW FIRM – STAY AWAY!!!” TMC Solicitors is the WORST firm I have ever dealt with! I paid £2,640 for their “services,” and it was a complete waste of money. I dealt with ISHTIAQ, who barely did anything to help my case. He showed up for a 5-MINUTE court hearing, then informed me there would be ANOTHER hearing – and they wanted ANOTHER £2,500 for it! They FAILED to get me written confirmation that I could continue working during my appeal, leaving me in financial ruin and completely unable to work. They provided NO STRATEGY, NO EVIDENCE, and NO REAL SUPPORT – I was essentially left to fight my own case while they happily took my money! This firm is a MONEY-GRABBING DISASTER! They don’t care about their clients, only how much they can charge you. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY FAR AWAY FROM TMC SOLICITORS!!!

i had my Private Hire licence revoked by TfL within 3 months notice. i was searching a solicitor to deal with my case and found this TMC solicitors, they dealt with the case very professionally and reasonable charges compare to other firms do in the market, i had my case heard on 05/01/2026 at Wimbledon magistrates, Lawyer Ahamed drove from Manchester to Wimbledon Magistrate to deal with my case, i was very impressed the way the helped to overcome this case against TfL. His points of argument was very unique and he made TfL to loose their argument and he claimed the money back for me as well once judgement favour of my side by the judge. highly recommended.
