Wow.Wow.Wow!!! Moved to Bannister Preston, specifically David Carter Hughes following a poor experience with another conveyancer. David spoke to me directly at initial contact, explained the fees upfront& ran through their processes. His clarity gave me confidence to proceed with the firm. I was looked after both in terms of the sale of my property & the purchase of another. When my original purchase fell through at the last hurdle David assured me that he would get me into my new home efficiently. He was true to his word & backed by the team including Isabelle, Sarah, Sonia, Margaret. They held my hand through the whole thing & kept me informed throughout. I would recommend them to anyone for a professional, efficient service. I genuinely felt that they understood the stresses & strains & went out of their way to minimise the impact.
