We recently used Bookers and Bolton to buy and sell property and had a great experience with them. We had 2 properties fall through (one at the last minute) and finally completed - third time lucky. Bookers and Bolton were always communicative and quick to reply throughout the whole process. Advice was clear and helpful. We met one of the partners in person and the wills specialist attended online. We discussed various alternatives. Drafts were promptly prepared and a couple of errors efficiently corrected. LPA documents were thoroughly checked before submission. The whole process was conducted in a friendly and informative manner..
