We have had a fantastic experience with Bookers and Bolton namely Shivum and Shamima. We were selling a shared ownership property and purchasing a non shared ownership property and were met with many challenges throughout the whole process from the shared ownership company and the solicitors of our buyer. We were up against certain pressures throughout this process as we were due a baby around the same time we wanted to move and our sellers were emigrating. I am so happy we chose Bookers and Bolton for this process because Shivum took a lot of our stresses away. I never felt I had to chase him as it was all under control and we were given regular updates. Shivum explained everything to us as the process went along and really supported us when we had issues with the HA for the shared ownership aspect and also when we were having issues with our buyers solicitor. Shivum is very knowledgeable on the process and although I am aware more than one file is being worked on Shiv really made us feel like a priority and was always on hand when we called. I do not think we will ever use another company when we move other than Bookers and Bolton. I am forever grateful to both Shivum and Shamima for their support. We would not have been able to move without them
