Shea was excellent. He advised me on what I needed and even though my sisters solicitor wanted to go down another route he advised me to stick with his decision , which was the cheaper option. When things went wrong on my sisters side, he reassured me and didn’t change the price from the original quote. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

Absolutely excellent. We were recommended Clarke and Son by a friend and are so grateful for it. We didn't have the simplest process in purchasing, for external reasons, but Simon was excellent, fast to respond and polite form start to end.
