Thank you to the team that dealt with our sale, they are efficient, professional and kept us in the loop the whole time. Even though it was a difficult sale due to the buyer's solicitor being incredibly slow and non-communicative, these guys went the extra mile for us.

Thank you Steven for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry that we let you down. The service you received fell short of the standard we aim to provide, and I take that seriously. Two solicitors handling your matter left the firm before your instructions were completed, and the handover between teams wasn't managed well enough. That was our responsibility to get right, and we didn't. I've since put measures in place to improve communication and document-handling between teams, so this doesn't happen to other clients. I'm grateful for the trust you placed in us, and it's been a genuine pleasure meeting with you both. I'd welcome the opportunity to act for you again on any Wills and Estate Planning matters, and to show you the improved standard of service you should have received the first time.
Simon gave important and timely advice to keep our transaction on track during a long and challenging sale of property.

Absolutely excellent. We were recommended Clarke and Son by a friend and are so grateful for it. We didn't have the simplest process in purchasing, for external reasons, but Simon was excellent, fast to respond and polite form start to end. We have a few other matters to wrap up, Becky is also being brilliant dealing with these. Can highly recommend!

Marie and her team recently provided conveyancing for the sale of our first house and the purchase of the second and my wife and I could not be happier. From Initial conversations right the way through to finishing up the last bits and pieces related to completion, Marie, Sue and co. have been absolutely fantastic. We were impressed with the attention to detail, sage advice and overall competence and care that was given to our case from start to finish. I cannot recommend Marie & Clarke & Son highly enough. Their efforts significantly reduced the stress involved with the move and I will happily rely on them for all things legal in the future!
