We recently used Bramsdon & Childs for the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home, and were thoroughly impressed with the service we received. Megan, Amy, and Holly all played a part in supporting us, but a special thanks must go to Megan, who guided us throughout the entire process. Megan was incredibly responsive, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond to make what can be a very stressful process feel much more manageable. Having moved house before and experienced long delays and poor communication with other solicitors, we were genuinely blown away by how quickly Megan would reply to any queries — no matter how small — and how clearly she explained everything. We felt fully supported and well-informed at every stage.
