- Final completion statement was wrong the day before completion. By four thousand pounds. - When I notified them of this, the response was: "Apologies!" - I asked for a senior partner to call me about the multiple issues, and no one has called me. - Unprofessional secretaries that lacked customer service. I was told I could try and ring back tomorrow. I was not treated like the client at all. - My solicitor confirmed to the buyer that I would be paying for Indemnity Policies, before I had even confirmed that I was happy to. I felt every demand was at my expense and nothing was pushed back to the buyer. - My initial forms were mixed up between the two branches. - I completed last week, and have yet to receive a congratulations, follow up, thank you etc. for using this firm. I am due to purchase a property in the near future and will not be using this firm and would not recommend. My mother-in-law was also recommended this firm through Chapplins and also had a terrible time. Interestingly, she was sent an email for feedback, and I have not. My concerns were communicated to Chapplins Estate Agents.
