    Very professional and efficient

    Vicki was our solicitor for purchasing our first home. From the start she was very friendly and she was excellent with keeping in contact. Vicki was open and honest with the whole process, and was always at the end of the phone or email when we needed her. She was very calm and relaxed throughout, which made us feel more at ease, as buying a home is very stressful. From putting an offer in to exchanging, it was just under 3 months!     We dealt exclusively with Vicki Paine in the conveyancing department. She proved to be an asset to the company by looking after us In selling a property in Cosham, also with the added extra dimension of arranging the purchase of a lease and freehold. Added to this, we live in Leicestershire, although we were kept up to date in all matters of the successful sale and freehold purchase throughout the whole process. Vicki is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, keeping us fully in the picture at all times. Thoroughly recommend the company and especially Vicki. She did a wonderful job for us.     I’m really pleased with the service I received from Bramsdon & Childs Solicitors throughout the sale of my property. Megan was extremely helpful throughout the process, always happy to answer my questions and keep me updated, and the wider team were also great at stepping in and progressing things whenever needed. Hannah in particular was very helpful towards completion and kept everything moving smoothly at the final stage. It was a fairly long conveyancing process with a few delays outside of our control, but I always felt that my sale was being handled properly and professionally.
