Innes Laing went the extra mile for me

This review is for a different branch.

Totally appreciate the extra effort Innes went to in retrieving me allowable reports on my mother's death.
With also having legal knowledge of whom I may ask next, for more information! That titled next of kin are meant to communicate to siblings.....
The information I received means more than the financial compensation in my mind!
Crossing the t's and dotting the i's.
All the little things covered. As my mum did.
Thank you for helping me fully finish this sad chapter before I move on to the next.

Would highly recommend Sarah Hassan to anyone looking for a solicitor, over the course of three years Sarah worked tirelessly on my case, constantly checking in and keeping me updated every step of the way. She guided me through the whole process, answered every question sent her way with no hesitation. I really got the impression this wasn't just another case for her and the team in Inverness cared just as much about the outcome as i did, fantastic result in the end! Thanks guys!!

I was a bit reluctant to pursue anything after my accident, but I'm really glad I did. Sam Cowie was my solicitor and he guided me through what turned out to be a very long, but in no way stressful, process. Sam explained all the legal jargon and the process in a way that was really simple and easy to understand, and made me feel like no question I asked was too silly. He was responsive and seemed very knowledgeable about similar cases, and so I'm sure the advice I received was excellent. I never felt pressured into making a decision I wasn't happy with and, in the end, I received a lot more compensation than I ever expected to. I really hope I never need to call a solicitor after an accident again, but if I do, I would 100% contact Sam Cowie.
