We had the pleasure of using Arjan, Duygu and Indervir at the Sevenoaks office for our house sale and purchase. I have no doubt that our sale would have fallen apart if it wasn’t for the knowledge and professionalism of both Arjan and Duygu. We had some major bumps in the road due to poor solicitors on the buyers side, but they continued to chase and ultimately we managed bring the sale to a successful close. Both were contactable and replied to emails very quickly, always putting us at ease through what was a stressful few months. Huge thank you to the team! I cannot thank Samir Moftah and the team at Manak Solicitors enough. My daughter got caught misusing a pass, and we were incredibly stressed about the potential long-term consequences and prosecution from TfL. We decided to hire Samir based on his stellar reputation, and it was the best decision we could have made. Samir was incredibly professional, clear in his advice, and very easy to communicate with from start to finish. He handled the pass misuse case with a strategic approach and managed to negotiate a warning for my daughter, meaning she avoided a criminal record. We feel very lucky to have had him on our side.
