I was suspended from my job under investigation for alleged gross misconduct and discrimination. After attending an investigation interview it was clear to me my employer wasn't playing by the rules. I contacted ACAS who advised I seek legal representation. Samir was assigned to my case and from the documents my employer provided him, Samir noted they had breached their own disciplinary policy and ACAS policy.
