In the 30 years since I last moved house, the workload, documentation, agencies involved and obviously costs have changed considerably. It used to be a nice little extra earner for Solicitors, now it is a whole department. That, apparently is progress? On a serious note, the solicitor acting for me and my wife went more than the extra mile, by bailing out a Solicitor acting for another party to do with our buyers, who clearly did not know how to do the work and fill documents. This caused a delay of 4 months and very nearly scuppered the whole thing.

Advice was good but not timely - there was a 21 day deadline which was missed.

Our recent experience with Muss Burton Law - specifically with Gail Anthony and her team managing the conveyancing for our private property sale - has been incredibly positive.
