I contacted Forbes for help with a speeding fine notice. Papers which were filled in and returned to the police were never received by them. This resulted in court proceedings being issued to myself. I was not the driver but the owner of the car. I met Mr Ian Dunbar who was extremely helpful and explained to me the court procedure making me feel a lot less anxious about the whole situation. On arriving in court I met Mr Simon Gretton who was also very reassuring.

My company had some problems getting paid off of a client for some subcontracting works done at Christmas time. I spoke with Michael Swan at Forbes on the phone and after a small fee he had written up the legal document to ensure the client paid within a set time frame… the letter never even made the mail box. 4 and a half hours later they had settled the invoice in full on the same day after nearly 4 months of myself requesting payment. 100% recommend if you are having problems with payments then Michael is the man to speak too.
