The biggest thank you to Jonathon, Millie & Kim for all their hard work and support for dealing with the sale of my 1st property and purchase of our new, forever home. The service has been brilliant, easy to contact and always able to provide reassurance, and despite a few factors which were completely out of their control, they worked so hard to ensure we were in our new home just before Christmas. I cannot recommend them enough.

I recently required legal advice on a section 21 notice that I had served on a tenant . The tenant submitted a defence and I need urgent help from a solicitor who knew the law regarding a section 21 possession notice. I was so glad I found Barker Booth & Eastwoods in Blackpool .The service I received from Tim, Jack and Joe Seymour not only met but exceeded my expectations. The legal guidance is currant and trustworthy. Its a real comfort knowing I had access to such comprehensive and professional service . A fixed fee was agreed from the very first meeting which is such a reassurance when costs are involved and gave me peace of mind it was excellent value for the service I received . I am extremely appreciative of Mr. Mo Adam's representation as my Solicitor and success of the transaction that transpired in a short amount of time. He recently concluded the sale of my property. He consistently communicates and responds promptly, ensuring that the transactions are transparent and progress is always monitored. He also provides information on the next steps to be taken. The distance was not a significant hurdle, even though I resided in Germany. I called them direct numerous occassions and explained to me the entire process in a clear and patient manner. I highly recommend their outstanding services. They are easy to access through online services and very fast responded. Myself and husband had our will with BBE for years. I had to sign off my late husbands will and renew mine. The thing I remember most clearly was, during the meeting regarding my will they chatted, put me at ease and took time with everything. I did not feel rushed or pressured, this was priceless in their dealings with me in my situation. Jill Hastings, her Secretary/Assistant and also reception staff can’t be faulted by me.
