    The firm specialises strongly in residential conveyancing, probate and family law, with repeated praise for technical competence, efficient administration and problem-solving on complex title or registration issues. Clients value clear, prompt communication, professionalism, responsiveness, calm reassurance and a friendly, approachable manner. Staff are seen as diligent, proactive and willing to go above and beyond (including home visits). Few negatives appear — occasional long waits for matters outside the firm’s control (e.g. deed variations, third‑party delays) and rare frustrations when cases are prolonged — but overall complaints about expertise or soft skills are minimal.

    Extreme professionalism

    We used Vincents for our first flat purchase and were pleasantly surprised at how professional, calm, reassuring and just plain efficient the service we received from all we interacted with (particularly Nikki Graham, our main conveyancing contact). We were apprehensive because it was our first time and to use a solicitor based in Lancashire seemed risky when we were so far away. However, we had a way better experience than many of our peers and friends have had using solicitors that were more local, so we couldn't recommend Vincents more highly.

    Delighted with service from start to finish

    We instructed Vincent's with the sale of a property. The onboarding was quick and easy via an app. We were regularly updated and understood what was outstanding from our buyers along the way. Every member of the team that we communicated with was efficient and professional. Really pleased with every aspect. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to friends and family.     New Build Part Exchange

    We recently used Vincents to help us part exchange our old property for a new build. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable and all round brilliant to work with. They responded quickly to everything and raised issues promptly when needed. Our case got particularly challenging towards the end and Vincents were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure we completed on the original date. Nikki and Dave were fantastic to deal with and I would not hesitate to use Vincents again in future.

    First time buyers

    As first time buyers we didn’t really know what to expect when purchasing our first house and going through the process. We had heard so many horror stories. But for us with Vincent’s Solicitor's it could not have gone smoother! Shout out to Dave Lavery who spoke us through each step and provided us with updates and information throughout.       I can’t thank Callum Dudley and the team enough for all their help throughout the purchase of our house.
