My experience of commencing a Medical Negligence claim is that they are fraught with jeopardy. (Translated by Google) I have nothing against the company itself. However, Mrs. Katarzyna and Mrs. Iwona are a misunderstanding. Out of courtesy, I will not mention their names. They were unable to deliver the documents to the Court on time. They couldn't humanly admit they made a mistake, that they messed something up, or say I'm sorry I didn't take care of it. What's more, they blamed me for the mistake. The costs are astronomical in relation to the work performed which was not delivered to the Court at all. And also threatening to sue the court for delaying payment for worthless work that was not delivered to the court on time. I do not recommend these two ladies with all my heart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it was enough to simply say sorry. To wipe away my tears, they reduced my costs by £240, which confirmed that they had messed something up. But the rest of the money is money down the drain. (Original) Do samej firmy nic nie mam. Natomiast Pani Katarzyna I Pani Iwona to jakieś nieporozumienie. Nazwisk przez grzeczność nie wymienię. Nie potrafiły dostarczyć dokumentò do Sądu na czas. Nie potrafiły przyznać się po ludzku do błędu że coŝ zawaliły , powiedzieć przepraszam nie dopilnowałam. Mało tego obwiniały mnie za zaistniałą pomyłkę. Koszty z kosmosu w stosunku do wykonanej pracy która nie była wogóle dostarczona do Sądu. I jeszcze straszenie pozwem do Sądu za opóźnienie płatności za bezwartościową pracẹ która nie została dostarczona na czas do Sądu. Tych dwóch Pań nie polecam z całego serca!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A wystarczyło powiedzieć proste przepraszam. Na otarcie łez obniżyły mi koszty o £240 czym potwierdziły że coś jednak zawaliły. Ale pozostałe pieniążki to pieniądze wyrzucone w błoto.

I approached McHale Solicitors in order to prepare a Will. Although I was fully aware that it is possible to write one by yourself, I was anxious that my last wishes be clear, valid and be carried out. McHale made the process straight forward and offered suggestions I doubt I would have included if I did it myself. I am glad to have a Will that is crystal clear and can now carry on with my life.
