I highly recommend Dave Lavery for handling a house purchase. From start to finish, Dave was incredibly efficient, professional and reassuring, making what could have been a very stressful process feel much more straightforward. He kept me fully updated throughout, communicated frequently and was always friendly and approachable. He even went above and beyond by working after hours when needed, which made a huge difference in keeping everything moving.
