Our retainer only covered dealing with the registration of your property with the Land registry. Unfortunately, the time scales we are given by the land registry are out of our control and we can only provide clients with the information we are given. Unfortunately our retainer only covered dealing with the registration of the property with the Land Registry. As you were advised, In order for us to complete any further legal work the fee for this would not have been covered by the CLC and would incur additional charges payable by you.
