    As first time buyers we didn’t really know what to expect when purchasing our first house and going through the process. We had heard so many horror stories. But for us with Vincent’s Solicitor's it could not have gone smoother! Shout out to Dave Lavery who spoke us through each step and provided us with updates and information throughout. Our experience has been pleasant and quick leading up to getting the keys for our new home. I would recommend Vincent’s Solicitors to any one.

    A brilliant service

    We used Vincents for our recent house purchase. Dave Lavery was brilliant. He kept us informed at every step of the way and was always there if I needed any advise. The whole process took 9 weeks. I would definitely recommend both Vincents and Dave Lavery.

    Fantastic service from start to finish

    Dave Lavery was amazing through a recent sale and purchase he undertook for us. Totally professional and efficient with regular updates and always available at the end of the phone. His attitude was second to none and he put the rest of the solicitors in the chain to shame without even trying.     Dave Lavery absoluute star!

    Having sold a property late last year and nearly losing the buyer due to slow and inefficient solicitors, I had huge worries when picking a conveyancer the next time round. Dave Lavery couldn't have been better. He was proactive, communicative, (which so rare) friendly and FAST. Our offer was accepted 6th of one month and we were ready to complete by the end of the next. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave to anyone. An absolute pleasure to deal with with zero stress at any stage. I'd give six stars if I could!

      We used Vincent’s to buy our new home and couldn’t recommend them more. Dave Lavery was our conveyancer and nothing was too much for him, he kept us updated at every step and checked in regularly. The communication from Dave was great, he was honest and friendly with great legal knowledge. Katarzyna was also fantastic.       Nikki and Dave were amazing, and made the process of purchasing my first property that much more manageable. They were both super responsive and clearly working hard to make the purchase happen. Despite various hurdles with issues further up the chain, Nikki and Dave were persistent and never failed to keep me out of the loop. They were also quick to reassure me whenever I felt stressed by the process. You hear a lot of horror stories about solicitors, but I cannot fault Vincents and would recommend them to anyone.

      I couldn't recommend Kieran more!

      Kieran and Evangeline were a fantastic help in our sale and purchase from start to finish. Our first transaction didn't go to plan and they guided us through every step with all the help we needed. I was extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process — everything was explained clearly, and I was kept updated at every stage.
