We had to sell our mothers' property as she had gone into a home. So it was a very stressful time. From the moment I spoke to Harpreet I felt at ease. She explained everything very quickly as we had little time to sell the property. She was quick to reply to calls, emails or messages and especially during stressful moments and she was not just working Mon-Fr 9-5. She understood and explained the full selling process. Peter and Caitlin, were both fantastic, super knowledgeable and always on top of things. I also had a great support from Shetal, who was really helpful throughout the process. She was the key in resolving the issue with the Lender. Her support was invaluable, as she played a crucial role in making sure everything went smoothly.
