excellent professional service all queries dealt with on time
I consider myself extremely lucky having had Anjli looking after both my house sale and purchase. In what has been a particularly traumatic process, especially regarding my sale, there are insufficient superlatives in the dictionary to describe her performance, without being accused of gilding the lily. That said, it is clear her tenacity contributed significantly to a successful outcome, for which I will always be extremely grateful.

TML overall were very good, we were pretty demanding as we wanted a fast sale. We had 2 Paralegals that worked very our case and were very responsive. I would use them again and I would recommend them. The paralegals obviously were putting a lot of effort in to getting the house sale through.

Good service provided by TML. My conveyancing process did require frequent chasing up to ensure it was in hand. I would recommend checking the fees payable legally as there were changes towards the end of process which was not communicated in the first instance. Though, in result, the purchase went through after much await.

TML Solicitors where recommended to me for the sale of my house and as their fee's for their services where the most competitive I was quoted I instructed them to act on my behalf. The service they provided was excellent with prompt communication from Chantelle throughout the process. Highly recommended.

I recently sold a house and used TML and they made the process really smooth and easy with no issues whatsoever. All the team were polite and friendly and made the whole process really easy. I will definitely be going to them in the future for all my house sales.

Poor customer service experience.
My partner is using this firm to update some professional documents since 2022. Non responsive, poor communication and lack of accountability sums up her experience thus far.
Would give zero stars if possible. They forget to file your papers, then lie about it and then ignore any emails addressing the issue - led to so much stress and time wasting. AVOID at all costs.
