Would give zero stars if possible. They forget to file your papers, then lie about it and then ignore any emails addressing the issue - led to so much stress and time wasting. AVOID at all costs.

TML solicitors were recommended to me on the purchase of my house. The actual solicitor was good however the sale fell through, through no fault of my own and I was lumped with a surprise bill at the end when I queried what it was for I was sent a series of rude emails. I asked for proof I agreed to this, and was ignored and then threatened with debt collection agencies. I then asked to speak with the director who was rude, insulting and unhelpful. He called me to tell me he owned the solicitors and he was considering negotiating a payment plan but just to let me know despite not signing anything I had “ no leg to stand on” and whoever was advising me “ needs to go back to law school” I honestly have never come across such an unprofessional rude person, who believes that due to his position he can throw his weight around and bully people. If you need a solicitor I would highly recommend you go somewhere else most solicitors do not charge abortion fees especially when it is not your fault and in my experience the managers and directors have a better manner. At the most stressful time of your life where you need a solicitor you do not need to be treated in such a poor manner - go elsewhere.
Dear Olivia, We refute the contents of your Google review. At no time has any of our team or the director been rude to you. We understand that you were happy with the conduct during the transaction and with your fee earner, the only time an issue was raised was on receipt of an abortive invoice which was appropriately raised and reflective of the diligent work that was carried out on your matter. Most law firms charge abortive fees, as all individuals we are entitled to be remunerated for the work that we do, this is clearly set out in the terms and conditions that were provided to you at the outset of your matter. Therefore, you were always made aware of the possibility of an abortive bill. We and every other company want clients that are willing and able to pay us for the service we provide.
TML Solicitors where recommended to me for the sale of my house and as their fee's for their services where the most competitive I was quoted I instructed them to act on my behalf. The service they provided was excellent with prompt communication from Chantelle throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service experience.
My partner is using this firm to update some professional documents since 2022. Non responsive, poor communication and lack of accountability sums up her experience thus far.

Used TML for a recent property sale. They were very effective and always kept me in the lop about progress. Reena was approachable and friendly. I'd use them again.
