We worked with Kevin on a difficult property not once but twice, and Kevin is not only extremely competent but also someone with a work ethic that sets the bar for professionalism, quality and responsibility. I have rarely encountered anyone like Kevin and honestly without him, we would be buying something subpar or buying something with things we didn’t know or understand. He communicates well, is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough to the point you feel no other person could do it better. He’s genuinely the best person for the job and we can’t recommend him enough.

We were very pleased with the service we received from our solicitor during the purchase of our garage. We perhaps chose the wrong time of year to go ahead with the purchase, which did result in a few delays, but despite this, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. He took great care in going through all the paperwork with us, making sure everything was clear and that we understood the process. Communication was good throughout, and we felt confident that everything was being dealt with properly. We would happily recommend his services to anyone looking for a solicitor to assist with a property purchase.

Nicholas & Co have been my go to solicitor for my conveyancing for many many years. Demetris and his team are always there when I need them and we’ve been through some very complicated purchases as well as stressful time pressured auction purchases. Demetris is very responsive, even replying when he’s on holidays and making sure he stays on top of things. I always trust his work and care and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very thorough solicitor.

The absolute worst solicitor I have ever experienced and I've sold and purchased alot of properties. Some of the staff are stuck in the 80s and have no concept of living in 2024. Marios is death warmed up and needs to retire. He is incapable of doing his job. Nic the owner is unprofessional and has no management or customer service skills at all. I'm lost for words. DO NOT USE !
This person is not and has never been a client of Nicholas & co. They are a third party who took exception to our, entirely appropriate, efforts to protect a client. We hope that they will behave more professionally in future.
