I had a consultation with Julie Leslie who was very kind and attentive.She was very honest about how the process would be when making a claim and made me feel comfortable to share my experience.The receptionists were very nice and polite and dealt with my query promptly and answered any queries I had.Overall I would recommend as they were very professional and I am great full for all the advice I received.
