My experience was not the best. I started my case before Covid took a couple of years to get it all sorted as soon as Is This solicitors got their money they left me to it all. Bit did not do what they were supposed to do and despite me keep telling the solicitors in all this took another three years and still the work is not done or up to any standard of satisfaction I've ended up having to do the work myself out of my own time and pocket, I do not recommend this solicitors as they do not answer the simplest of messages and just leave you for three years to do with it on their own and except offers that are below any kind of satisfaction. I have not had a good experience with this solicitors the right hand doesn't know what the left hand doing I they have accepted an offer sent me money and I do not even know the terms of this offer as they have not sent me any copies of the paperwork as I side a copy for 2 times the money and cos of that they can except any offer they like

Absolutely awful to deal with and had the worst experience. I was awarded money in my claim last year and yet every bit of attempt to receive communication in relation to this has been ignored by Lucy Hunter. The representation I was given was absolutely horrendous. No one from the actual firm came to London to represent me and instead sent a “legal advocate” who arrived late, knew absolutely nothing about my case and claim. She was grossly underprepared and it was humiliating that I almost had to represent myself at one point. The judge was irate that she didn’t even know the cases and statute that she was referring to. I complained to them and I was told that it would be investigated and yet when I have tried to get answers literally ghosted. I am disgusted. I was heavily pregnant going into court. This is my very first time in court and I was beyond anxious and stressed and I was actually on bed rest for a week after the court date because of the humiliation and stress I experienced. I would never in a million years recommend this solicitors to anyone. They are rubbish and I feel completely validated in saying this as I was treated appallingly. They have so much to answer to

After spending months of gathering evidence , sharing pictures of inside my home and making statement after statement my case was dropped 4 days prior to get compensation they pulled out . My children are appalled . Absolute scammers .

I have today received settlement from a service carried out by this company. I was treated respectfully at all times from every person that I spoke to. An absolute joke of a so called solicitors. They took on my case 3 years ago. After I had mould, blown windows and a leak and many various other things my landlord didn't fix. Even when I started the claim I sent videos of this leak still happening and leaking through my light in the kitchen. And proof that not all things were fixed according to the landlord. The day before court they suggested that I settle or I would be charged for the barrister. In this settlement I was awarded £0.00 after 3 years of stress with the landlord and this company not even 1p. I did kind of get the feeling these guys were cowboys from the start and wouldn't get a lot. But come on nothing? So now I'm left with nothing but stress. As I'm going to have to contact the landlord to actually get the jobs done. Sure that's what they were meant to do? Funny how there fees are paid and I'm pretty much were I was when I started the claim. So if your thinking about using these cowboys I would think again and just go to the ombudsman. Even if you don't get a settlement at least they will make sure the job is done unlike this so called professionals. Had to give them 1* as they don't have a 0 and trust me they are not worth the 1.
