Professional, efficient and very easy to deal with. Everyone we dealt with was so lovely, professional and competitively priced too. A very modern service, highly automated but flexible for older people like my parents who prefer paperwork. Special mention to Gayle Hough and her assistants Sarah and Amy. I was supported by Ella and her team for a personal matter Everything went smoothly, they were very supportive and the matter was closed quickly and efficiently. However some 5 months later they have contacted me with a very curt and presumptuous email asking for more money because they forgot to add it to the original invoice. I paid it, but have informed them that I'd update my review for the company. Another instance of a company/customer experience being let down by some actions/individuals🤷♂️
