Had a great experience with Hayley and her whole team including Chloe during my legal battle in court. Couldn’t recommended them more. Communication was great and the professionalism was top tier. Additionally, the staff are very empathetic with the situations which is great comfort.

Interview Under Caution Investigation

Late last year I received a letter asking me to come for an interview under caution as part of an investigation into my benefits. I’m naturally extremely anxious and I have never been through anything like this before, never mind having to use a solicitor! The advice I received was clear and straight forward, and Paul put me at ease throughout it and I came out of the interview feeling much better than I had entered it. I received my letter last week saying my investigation was being closed with no further action. I can’t express how grateful I am for Paul’s help and reassurance during such a horrible experience.

The best solicitors in the country

It was important to me in my case that my representative believed I was innocent and she did. It was a horrible case back in 2017 when I lost custody of my 7 week old baby because he was injured by his father who would not tell the truth therefore we were both undergoing legal proceedings. My solicitor knew I was innocent and she worked so hard to prove it which was hard as we had no evidence but she done it an I now live happily with my son and the father was jailed. My solicitor was Emma palmer and I will forever be in her debt for getting me my son back.
