Thank you so much to Luke Rodway who helped me to settle my claim. i was updated all along the claim and everything was sorted out in my favour.

The main issue arose during a phone call with Lauren Jurek. I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner after contacting the third party involved in the claim. What made this especially frustrating is that I had previously been advised to make that contact and I later provided screenshot evidence proving this instruction had been given to me. Despite providing proof, instead of acknowledging the misunderstanding or resolving the issue professionally, I was accused of being “aggressive and defensive” and shortly afterwards informed that the firm would be closing my case and withdrawing instructions. As a client dealing with an injury claim, I expected professionalism, proper communication, and fair treatment. Instead, I was left feeling upset, blamed for following instructions I had been given, and forced to seek alternative legal representation. I have kept all emails and evidence relating to this matter and I am seriously considering making a formal complaint regarding the way my case was handled. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

I had an excellent experience with Robert James Solicitors. My appointed solicitor, John Doyle, was exceptional from start to finish. He was polite, courteous, and thoroughly professional at all times. John showed a high level of knowledge and expertise and managed to achieve the result we hoped for, despite some challenging circumstances along the way. Still waiting for my compensation after minor car accident. They already confirmed that third party already accepted liability, the have agreed on the sum and now it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing. I tried emailing but all I got was a rude respond back that they’ve tried contacting third party and will still carry on. Pathetic company, stay aww if you can. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND these to anyone.

Extremely grateful with the work this team put for my case the outcome was better than i even expected and it took shorter than i expected bearing in mind many big claims (over 50k)take up to 2-3 years to settle. It was all done professionally and case was completed within 1 year , my injury delayed things a bit so i think it could have been even faster if my injury fully recovered. Mr Anthony was my main case handler , and in case of an injury accident i wouldn’t recommend anybody better , he is the guy to go for and everyone else involved including mr Stephen was also very important at the final stages and very confident and knowledgeable , he knew what he was doing.grateful to everyone involved. Overall , after all i would rate a good 9.8/10 , and the reason it’s not 10/10 it just cause sometimes i had to chase things, cause it’s a really busy company👍🏼 still 10/10 results tho and within time.

Massive thanks to Ryan, Emma and the girls at Robert James solicitors. After finishing work with the news from a neighbour that my car had been involved in a hit and run I dreaded getting home to see what had happened. Coming home to see your car parked outside your home in that state it was in, with the driver at fault not taking no responsibility for what they had done, I was devastated. If it wasn’t for a group of 3 girls who had seen the accident happen and luckily worked at the firm of solicitors over the road. I wouldn’t be able to get my insurance claim as far as it has went, to better my unfortunate situation. The 3 girls couldn’t get much description like, a registration of the lorry but carried on to do the right thing. They left a note on my car and even knocked around at neighbours to see if anyone knew who’s the car was or had seen what happened. Only having the note the girls gave me I went straight over to the solicitors office where I spoke with Ryan, the director of the solicitor company. Ryan was very understanding and said he would do his best and check any camera footage at the time of the incident. The next morning I went back over to the solicitors office hoping they had cctv or information for me to try and progress my claim as I had nothing at this point. I spoke with Emma the manager. Where she welcomed me right in to her office to sit down and have a chat about what had happened and made me feel at ease. Out of the goodness of her own heart she helped me with cctv footage. Witness statements from her colleagues and also pointing me in the directions on what steps to take next and how to take the correct approach. With all the information I had gathered it had put me onto the right track in getting myself out of an unexpected awkward situation. Anyone looking for the right team for non fault accidents or accidents at work. I would highly recommend Robert James solicitors for a breeze through stressful predicaments. Also this wasn’t a first. a while back when our dog was only a puppy and put herself on the missing list we were able to find her through a Facebook post that same day, she didn’t make it far but she made it to the safe hands of Emma and her team at the solicitors who retrieved her back to us. Neighbourhood hero’s!
