Rebecca kindly took on our case last minute, after our previous conveyancer had gone out of business. Our case had been ongoing with our origional conveyancers for over 6 months, Rebecca was able to achieve completion for us in just over 3 weeks. My partner and I used VC Law to purchase our first home, and from start to finish Susanna was absolutely amazing. Elsa Sheeran handled the sale of my flat. It was fraught with problems but Elsa worked extremely hard to try and solve them all, going above and beyond what was required of her. On a number of occasions she worked late into the evening dealing with urgent issues and responding to my emails. She was dedicated to acting in my best interests at all times and really kind as well. VC Law's communication was excellent - Elsa was always very responsive and readily available to help or answer queries. I knew I could rely on getting hold of her or a colleague if I needed to. Jeanette was absolutely fantastic throughout our house move. She was so nice and personable, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything completed successfully. Our chain was incredibly stressful due to uncommunicative solicitors further down the chain, but Jeanette did everything she could to keep things moving and make the move happen. It was clear that she truly cared, and I’m so grateful for all her hard work and dedication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and would happily use her again in the future. First time selling and re-buying a New build Wish I had heard of them when i was selling as the company I used was very confusing and long winded when they said 12+ weeks for a new build I had to cancel as I would of lost the house that's when VC LAW was recommended to me not only did they say can be completed in 5wks possibly quicker if I had got all paper work in sooner they were also £800 cheaper! for the same purchase. Was straight forward if I didn't understand anything in the emails they where very helpful at the end of the phone. I could not recommend them enough.
