Just completed purchase. Had really great eperiance with Solicitor Ozlem Yasa. She has been really helpfull with a couple of extra things which came up. I really enjoyed having such a responsive solicitor who was always pushing things forward and did not need constant chasing like with some other firms.
Excellent professional service from start to finish. Steph initially came recommended by our financial advisor. Steph was approachable, knowledgeable, and dealt with all queries in a timely fashion. We had full confidence in her approach and can do attitude to ensure both a company purchase and sale were completed within timescales. We cannot recommend her highly enough. All future company and personal house transitions will be directed to VC Law.

Untrustworthy, unprofessional and not transparent in relation to their fees. I have personally used VC Law recently and had agreed with a Director, a fee for their work which I can evidence in an e-mail the director sent to me. The director then sent through correspondence with a different fee scale in their 'standard terms of business', which we signed (as a consumer, understanding that we had already agreed a fair fixed fee for their work). Upon termination of the transaction, the director then started chasing me for a balance owing which we obviously contested. Not able to understand nor settle with the balance we agreed (the fixed fee), the director was then responsible for reporting me to 'Money Claims Online' to chase for the monies. He also provided Money Claims Online with the incorrect correspondence address for our business - which has now resulted in the matter being escalated through court. The director in my opinion isn't trustworthy and unfortunately for the director and his company, the director’s actions have resulted in me reporting him and his business to The Law Society, who will investigate both him and his practices. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY - WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND ***NOT USING THEM***
We note that this 1 star review has been left on behalf of FLEXI AGENT of 18-20 Coronation Walk, Southport PR8 1RE. As you are well aware the facts of this matter are as follows: We raised an invoice for works undertaken for FLEXI AGENT under our retainer. FLEXI AGENT failed to pay that invoice despite our various requests. We then obtained a court judgment against FLEXI AGENT (claim number J3QZ44Q9) for the corresponding amount. If you wished to raise any issue with our service you should have done so within the court proceedings. We entirely reject the defamatory allegations set out in your review and would invite you to remove it.

Elsa Sheeran handled the sale of my flat. It was fraught with problems but Elsa worked extremely hard to try and solve them all, going above and beyond what was required of her. On a number of occasions she worked late into the evening dealing with urgent issues and responding to my emails. She was dedicated to acting in my best interests at all times and really kind as well. VC Law's communication was excellent - Elsa was always very responsive and readily available to help or answer queries. I knew I could rely on getting hold of her or a colleague if I needed to. Jeanette was absolutely fantastic throughout our house move. She was so nice and personable, and genuinely went above and beyond to ensure everything completed successfully. Our chain was incredibly stressful due to uncommunicative solicitors further down the chain, but Jeanette did everything she could to keep things moving and make the move happen. It was clear that she truly cared, and I’m so grateful for all her hard work and dedication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and would happily use her again in the future. First time selling and re-buying a New build Wish I had heard of them when i was selling as the company I used was very confusing and long winded when they said 12+ weeks for a new build I had to cancel as I would of lost the house that's when VC LAW was recommended to me not only did they say can be completed in 5wks possibly quicker if I had got all paper work in sooner they were also £800 cheaper! for the same purchase. Was straight forward if I didn't understand anything in the emails they where very helpful at the end of the phone. I could not recommend them enough.
Using VC Law to purchase (and sell) property was an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process and were happy to discuss or explain any of my issues or concerns within a timely manner. The team was extremely proactive, friendly and professional. Overall, if I'm ever in need of a solicitor again it will 100% be VC Law.
