Very good service (again)

This is the second time we have used Breens for conveyancing a property sale. Natalie and Hannah gave a personal service, unlike the buyers' solicitors who took a week or more to issue a question or reply to our response.
Emails were usually answered the same day, often within minutes.
Would highly recommend.

Request for guidance

I called Breens Southport several time to gather some information on an historic case they represent me on only to be told they don't do Familiy law anymore. I expressed this was an historic case and I required some guidance. The Secretary hung up when I asked to speak with Mr Breen. I would of highly recommended but this is terrible service.

First time buyers

Breen's was recommended to us with by a close friend after the great service they did for them. unfortunately we did not receive the same service and resulted in having to complain to get anything done which was a shame. I wouldn't use them for anything in the future as our first experience was unsettling, however were glad everything is done and over with.

Probate case

I have used this solicitor a number of times and couldn’t recommend them enough. Absolutely first class service and a great price. Most importantly a very fast enthusiastic service time and time again.

Expensive

Charged £500+ for a small amendment to a Will. After paying I checked other reputable solicitors and found you can get a complete Will for <£200>. Some solicitors will do your Will for free ( check it out )for a donation to a charity, also found their communication lacking

Rude, grumpy, snobbish

My dealings with this film was miserable from start to finish.
I found the solicitors to be incredibly snooty, like he was looking down on me. I was hoping for a little more professionalism really so when it got to the point of out and out utter rudeness I decided to take my business elsewhere.
If you have a choice about where to go, my advice is avoid this place and try get a more friendly and professional service elsewhere.
