Mr Rogers it the best around for your motoring offence I was expecting to be banned for my offence and the outcome from today was more that better than expected I would highly recommend Frank Rogers and I would if I ever needed again call frank without hesitation thank you Mr rogers for what you did for me today

It was my pleasure. How awful that you waited a year since the offence to have it concluded. There was a lot at stake for you so it was very pleasing to avoid you getting banned. Best wishes for the future and thanks for the review.

Going to court to fight a driving ban was an extremely daunting thought. I was highly recommended to Frank as he helped a friend out of an extremely hard situation. I had 9 points on my licence and then set another speed camera off doing 36mph in a 30mph. This was an automatic ban for 6 months. The problem was I really needed my car for my business , my husband having a near fatal motorbike accident and my children (they really struggle with secondary school and routine). My life was extremely hard with a car and life would've been impossible with out a car! Frank suggested pleading guilty and then going for “extreme hardship”. To make my situation ever more daunting - we were to have the hearing at Derby Magistrates court - they have a reputation of being absolutely brutal. They never ever grant extreme hardship and always give maximum sentences regardless of circumstances. We were warned by many people including other solicitors. Frank was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to prepare for court and exactly what was required. Frank made me feel safe from the first email to our final fair well. Frank and I prepared the “statement” detailed, yet “to the point” description of the lay out of my life - what my life would look like should I get a 6 month ban and how it would effect a lot of other people mainly my staff, clients, home, children and husband. Also how I understood the repercussion of my own actions that had led me to this out come, and should it happen again (if they do grant me extreme hardship) that I wouldn’t be given another chance a second time in court. Frank read my statement to the magistrates, I was so upset I don’t think I could’ve done it ! Frank and I also prepared a “bundle” of evidence papers for the magistrates to make reference too, which they excepted and took around 5 minutes to flick through, Frank had prepared copies for each magistrate. The magistrates then granted me extreme hardship and let me keep my license, putting the 3 extra points on to my licence and a fine. 3 points had expired inbetween the offence and the court hearing. Now I am back up to 9 points and must be extremely careful until August to stick to every speed limit. Frank really is magic from his communications, the way he speaks, his experience, wisdom, instincts, tact, his planning to his whole persona. I will be forever grateful to Frank for saving not only me but my business , family and my home ! Keep being the best Frank!

Wow that is an amazing review and very kind of you. The stakes were high for you & the issues were many and complex so we had to present a clear & compelling argument supported by a substantial number of supporting documents to get the decision we wanted. I was delighted for you & hope that the coming months see the pressures you are dealing with ease significantly.

I was facing the very real possibility of losing my licence through the totting up procedure following a further speeding conviction. I searched the internet looking for advice and representation as I was seriously worried about the outcome and implications. Frank came up as an expert in the field and I approached him. He was very calm and measured and gave me an honest appraisal of my situation and possible outcomes. We talked and exchanged information with everything made clear and straightforward to me. After several months a date was set and Frank talked me through what he needed from me in terms of information to build the “exceptional hardship” defence we had agreed upon and also what would be required from me on the day in court. At the court appearance Frank was open honest and realistic about what was about to happen and gave me calm reassurance which enabled me to enter the court as prepared as possible. Frank argued very persuasively and without his support and expert representation I would absolutely have lost my licence. I managed to get the result I wanted and held on to my licence and thereby my career and opportunity to provide for my family. I absolutely have an appreciation of the importance of my licence and the experience has changed how I approach driving. I am so grateful to you for posting such a detailed and glowing review. You appeared before a very tough bench. The defendant after you was represented by a solicitor I know. She sat in on your case to get a feel for the court. Her client she later told me was banned. I have since been contacted by someone who appeared before the same Magistrates as you did but was unrepresented. He was banned and now wants to appeal against that decision. This makes our success all the more pleasing. I hope all goes well for you and your family now that you can continue with your career.

I decided to seek legal advice and representation when my license was at risk. Frank gave me brilliant advice and worked behind the scenes to reduce the potential risk of a ban. We got a good result in court. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Frank again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Many thanks for your Review they help generate work so this is much appreciated. I was delighted to convince the Prosecution that charging you with careless driving was outrageous based on the Police Officer's own camera footage which clearly showed that his statement bore no reltion to reality! I wish you well.

Frank represented me for a driving offence and was brilliant would highly recommend him.

What can I say! This gentleman saved my license. I was incredibly nervous with the charges against me . As soon as Frank started speaking in the court hearing I knew I was in safe hands. He even managed to get a charged dropped. Loosing my license would have been life changing to my career and family. I can’t thank this man enough. He truly cares and his knowledge is impeccable .
